Located within Cleveleys' most renowned hotel, the Briar Dene, is one of the Fylde's best kept culinary secrets and without a doubt had to open its doors as the Curbside Brasserie in 2000 due to popular demand.
The Curbside Brasserie, as you might expect, serves modern British Cuisine with a Classical French influence unique to Deano's style of cooking. The kitchen is managed under the supervision of Deano, who is a 2* Michelin trained Chef and who has worked under the influences of both Paul Heathcote (Longridge), and Danielle Galmiche (Knockingham Lodge). Deano mans a brigade of 3 chefs.
The menu changes on a daily basis, and has an average number of 10 Appetisers and 10 Main Courses. The menu has a set price of 2 Courses for £22.95 and 3 Courses for £27.95. Sunday Lunch is very traditional and also has a set price of 2 Courses for £12.50 and 3 Courses for £14.95. Again, this menu changes on a weekly basis. Supplementary charges may be added for specialist dishes.
